Privacy, in plain words

This is a plain-language summary of how Buildpair handles your information. A full privacy policy will replace it before the public launch.

What we keep

• Your account: name, email address, and your sign-in sessions.
• What you put in your spaces: to-dos, habits, goals, messages and reactions. People you add to a space can see that space; items you mark "only visible to me" stay yours alone.
• Basic usage events, tied to an internal ID (never your name or email, and never the text of your messages or items), so we can see which features help.

What we don't do

• No ads, no ad networks, no tracking pixels, no selling or sharing your data for advertising.
• No tracking across other apps or websites.
• Session recordings only if you turn them on in settings.

Your choices

• Turn off usage data in settings at any time.
• Leave any space, or remove people from yours.
• Delete your account from inside the app; your data is removed from our systems.

Where it lives

Buildpair runs on Cloudflare. Sign-in emails are sent through Resend. Usage analytics are processed by PostHog in the EU.
